Taking snape shots to post my work.

I am currently working on the Cartoon Dog Tut. I want to post my progress but to tell you the truth I am new to this and I can't figure out how to Export or take a snap-shot of my work in jpg format so I can post it. If anyone can help me out I would be very greatfull.

just use the print screen button on your keyboard to take quick WIP copy. Than in photoshop start new image, it should size itself automatically to the screen crab. Than paste and crop what you need.
