September Challenge - Drozador- SupaNoob

I've been doing 3d modeling for about a week and a half now so dont expect anything crazy good, and im sure i wont finish because i dont know how to texture or anything but i really wanted to work on a model and this contest provided good concepts for me to work on my skills. Im doing the last concept with the robots.

This is what ive got so far, took 30-40 minutes maybe?

If that doesn't work, there might actually be a tiny face there.

Yeah, with practicaly no surface area. Might be a plan to try and select that area with faces active and see if it grabs anything.

Yeah im definately not gunna finish this one in time but i will finish it for sure. This is my second robot, kinda based off of a beetle. C&C appreciated. This one is like 1450 tripolys so it its under the recomended polys, my other was a tad bit over.

I had it more plump and it looked to much like a lady bug, so i thinned it a little.
