Bake paint effect animation?

Hi,
I am trying to create scene with lot of vegetation and I am planning to use paint effects. The vegetation will have a turbulent force to simulate wind. I want to use MASH to populate the scene. My question is, is there a way to bake this paint effect animation to geometry, and possibly convert it to Arnold stand-ins and use in MASH? I tried just converting paint effects to polygon but then my scene gets too heavy for my PC to handle. Or is there a different way to approach this? I would really appreciate any help/ suggestion you can give.
