I can't see any of the images. And I might try a unicorn but not challenging.

Great Idea man.

Try posting your images as JPG or GIF format because your last image was BMP and they tend to be quite large (900k).

The model is coming on well; horses are tricky enough to draw so I think you might have a big challenge ahead of you.

Good luck!

good question peltra... lol the body was sub-d now it is poly the rest of it is poly i think. The hooves are the same way Poly to sub-D to Poly
I find that its easier for me to do a large scale shape in sub-D then to do details in poly, only i cant figure out what to do. If i mess with one side i want the other side perfectly symmetrical so how should i go about doing that?

use the cps tool. (Connect Poly Shape) You can download it, just do a quick search on google.
There is a free tutorial here at SM....that's what i am using right now....as a noobie...i can say it helps TONS!

if you want to keep it symmetrical, just delete one half of the body (select all the faces on one side, then delete. Then when you have one side the way you want it, just duplcate it across the axis and join the two halves then merge verts if required - hope this makes sense - if not I will try to explain again
