This course contains a little bit of everything with modeling, UVing, texturing and dynamics in Maya, as well as compositing multilayered EXR's in Photoshop.

Wow. very nice. Look like an in-game screen shot. You're right though, it's still jus a little too clean. Some very light environmental fog, might give it that appropriately city smog look.

Really nice. Are you going to make an animation for it?

it looks like your light source (sun) is coming from sort of straight ahead/off to the right of the camera... i would expect the tower and the doorway building to give off more shadows from that direction. if you're going to keep that sun, i would think they would be pretty sharp contrasty shadows. that and adding some of the smog that mhcannon was mentioning would definitely pull the scene together more and make them not seem like they were just layered on top. it's looking good though, keep it up..

Hi there

I just made some ajustements. First of all, I put a sky texture instead of just a gradient. Second, indead there was a problem with my shadows I put the values on wrong field. So here's now a new one. Also there is a very subtil fog in the scene, its mostly affecting the buildings on the back. Maybe it isn't strong enough. What you thing?

looks very sharp, nice and clean! good designs and textures! pretty awesome i think!

my only crit is the relationship of the building behind the water thingy (forgot their actual name) and the sun, you may want to consider darkening the buildings behind it just to give it abit more depth. (my opinion)

apart from that, its looking crisp!

this a still image or you going to stick a character on it? prehaps it can do abit of half life action user added image
