Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

Car Tutorial?

I'm not sure if I was dreaming or what not, but I could have sworn there there was a new car tutorial that came out. Came to look right now but I don't see it. So...was I dreaming or was it removed?

18 parts are done already - they are encoded and ready to go!

we are just waiting on this one so we can have it all complete and also that way we can do a very good discount on the whole modeling of the car.

hey kevin

do you know if the tutorial will be covering how to model the inside of the car? as this would be GREAT. (so when you make a render you dont have to add tons of shadows and hide that theirs nothing really modeled inside the car)

and any idea as to how long it might be? 18 parts and still going must be atleast 9 hours so far =)

thanks much, sounds great

Interior is not covered but you should be able to do your own after you've seen the tutorial.

15 hours long already couldn't let it get much longer than that.

hmmmm strange I haven't seen this post before sorry guys
as David said the interior is not covered but it does cover setting the car up with materials and texturing in Photoshop
Heres a shot of the finished car from the DVD (I tweaked the materials for the body paint)

Awesome I just bought it. The price for it in USD is 101.84 USD incase everyone wants to know. I was saving for the T-Rex tutorial, but now that will have to wait. user added image
