I am now getting the "unable to start doc server" and maya then doesn't respond.

I've already reinstalled maya 6.5 on xp pro, turned off all antivirus/blockers etc.
still unable to get it running....

my config reads

wrapper.ntservice.name=maya65docserver
....
wrapper.ntservice.displayname=Maya 6.5 Documentation Server
*****************************************

which is correct compared to the services in the control panel...
the services screen shot is attached, to verify the names are correct.

I can start the service manually, but maya still doesn't recognize it

i'm able to bring up the https://localhost:4448/Maya6.5/en_US/index.html file if that means anything

any other suggestions?
