Actually, your english is pretty good. Minor spelling and homonym mistakes, but given the number of occurences I've run across from people that speak it as a first language, you don't stand out too much.
And as for Goblins being crazy by using a catapult to launch gliders....
I would like to point out that its a technique used (off and on) to launch or help launch planes in this world.
Everything from the Wright brothers' Flyer, to the aircraft on some of the most moden aircraft carriers (jets really need the initial boost of speed to take off such a short deck). So what I want to know is; who's crazy?
I'm glad you're doing this ballista-style, rather than an arm catapult or trebuchet. Where's the Glider?

Yep, you're doing good work with the texture editor.
What exatly gets snagged by the elastic band? The goblin's going to be getting pretty close to ripped out of his seat if he's right on top of it...
Just a question. I can't help by think of things realistically a lot - my imagination is just too good that way.

The Glider isn't directly snagged by the elastic ... there is a mobil part where the glider is fixed ...
