Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.
I realize with raytracing this gets very very outdated very very quickly... but if I want more control over my images is it possible to create cubemaps in Maya? (Mostly for reflection on 3d elements in a non-3d composit)
