Hey man, doesn't look too bad. What I am wondering is how the F*** the handle doesn't have any shadow... ? Also, you CAN'T remove watermark. Its illegal. And don't worry, I wont come and rape you... I will murder you insted. JOKING. Anyways, not as crappy as I would have expected. Also could you tell me the poly count, please? You go to display ---> heads up display--> poly count. The poly count is the number of faces I think... :p
I'll tell you why t has no shadow. Its because when you go to your point light, you have to go to shadows->depth map shadows-> on -> depth map resoultion-> at least 1024. And what I thought was the shadow was actually the sheath. I think. Its too black. Lighten it up a littly, bu=ecause yours has no color whatsoever. Make it very dark grey or something, but not pure black. Thats all of the advice I can give. I would like to know if you used a transparency map on the handle or not, though, for the holes in it. Anyways, I guess this is basically done, because you can't really add too much onto it... maybe the ribbons on the handle ??
o ok ill change the shadows depth. and for the handle i just used the leather texture and played around with it until it came out checkered. i might add a ribbon to the sheath.
heres an update after i added the shadows and i added a huge light that points upwards and two that point at an angle. also sumtin about the blade got f***ed up and i dont wanna fix it :p
