Image Planes can u buy them???

Hi guys hope this is not a stupid question. i am starting out user added image
ihave seen through this forum the models some are doing and they are in great detail. were they get the image planes to do this is the point of my question

Can one purchase high detail image planes???? if so can some one provide a link????

i am wanting to do a model on the Star Trek voyager space ship as with Star Wars models.

i found on this forum a highly detailed image plane, to me looks like it is proffesionaly done
