Having Nearly finished this one, I have 3/4 days to get another done. I am adding the finishing touches to the red car and doing render tests. But I thought I would try to bash out another one, so here is some renders of it so far (this is about 3.5 hours work).

Well,

I am as happy as I am going to be with this. Here is the first car rendered and completed. I will now carry on with the second one, but I can't guarentee thjat it will be done by the end of this challenge.

I'll go ahead and mark your thread as finished. Feel free to keep on the other, but only indicate one of them as your final piece.

Keep this one as my finished piece. It was the original idea and therefore only fair, I'll post the other one in a WIP Thread

nice final renders.

2 questions,

1) is that just a shader on the body or is it a texture.

if it is a shader, is that allowed?
the rules say fulled textured, would that count ?

2) where is the weapon ???

don`t want it removed from comp because off a over sights.

1) Shader. Textures dont always mean file extensions and jpg images (as far as I know)

2) Decided not to add a weapon, the game here is a new Need for Speed fanchise called:

NEED FOR SPEED - CONCEPT

Instead of driving around in a Ford Focus, you get to drive nothing but concept cars :attn:

there needs to be some kind of texture involved. You can use normal maps and spec maps and all that, but you typically wouldn't just put a color on a model.
