RAM dump?

is there a program you can get that just clears out your RAM? i dont really know a better way to explain it but a couple games i play have a tendancy to keep builing up on the RAM as oppose to dumping out the crap already stored and then loading new crap in... and then after exiting the game on occasion they'll leave some behind which really kils my comp... so basically i'm looking for something to clean out this useless data so it can be used for programs im using...

any ideas?user added image
