Just keep going at it like this. Bring in a couple more images to your reference, not just the front shot, and get it to resemble him at more angles.
... but that's only if you really want to nail the likeness... you have a good standard head model right now. Obviously if you want to the challenge you can push it further.

I think I will try to get as good a likeness as I can more of a challenge, just need good refferances of him at around the same age and not smiling..............dave
