Mac doesnt support maya! help?

hey, i recently brought a mac for my studys and only to find maya autodesk doesnt work?
do maya do a dmg. version of maya?

If not im thinking i might have to get some added software to get windows on my mac, any ideas what software would be best for that?

As far as I know Maya is supported on Mac, PC, and Linux.

From the FAQ on the autodesk website...
