Mental Ray-Exteriors Vol.2 ?

I was just wondering when volume 2 will be released? It's been awhile and I need to buy some more tutorials. It seems volume 2 will deal with trees and plants a little more. Actually it looks like there will be a lot to this tutorial! user added image

As far as I am aware it is in the later stage of development for release user added image I too am waiting excitedly!
