Backburner on Windows 10

Neither the server or manager will start, the monitor does though. Tried setting the compatibility mode, run as admin and still no luck. Has anyone run across this issue? Help!

Hmmm, no I'm still on Windows 7, but now I'm that more hesitant to upgrade. Hope you get it sorted.

I'm pretty sure if you have win 7 x64, you'll get win 10 x64.

Yeah I have Win10 x64, for the most part my experience has been positive but then again it's on an offline machine and I have a fallback Win7 install. It's looking pretty grim for Backburner to be honest, now I have to bug Autodesk and see if that will change. I guess it's going to be bat files while I research alternatives. I'm even torn between Maya 2015 and 2016, some of the new features are great (color management alone is a treat) but I'm not exactly thrilled with how much it's been crashing when using Hypershade's look dev feature so I had to cut that. Unified sampling so far is just painfully slow so I let that go too. Poking around the new stuff to see what's worth it is maddening and I'm ranting now, great lol.

When you say "not working", are you hitting render and nothing is happening or are you getting errors? And yes I would suggest staying up to date withe service packs.
