Spoiler

Polygon circle cut in half
Vertices pulled a bit, then smoothed once for image.

Started on the neck to give you an idea.
Cut away unwanted faces and pulled them in and out to simulate a bit of muscle.

Still very basic

Hmmm, quite interesting.. it has quite a different figure.. very deformed (in a good way).. i could see this becoming a really gruesome demon.. keep it up! Anyways, yea, looking good so far .

Thanks for the feedback.

What I have in mind is a crouching demon sneaking through the gates. (Errrrrrrrrr I havn't made them yet )
One side of the gate will represent our world, and the other, Hades.

A rough gate
Still needs a bit more refining. I.E handle, hinges etc.
Maybe add a miniture dragon to replace one of the balls.
