I've got some questions.....Please come to take a look!!!

Maybe what i'm asking is worth to be a threat but I'm new to Maya as well as this forum, so please forgive me if you might think it such rubbish!!!

1. Dunno how to switch to wireframe viewport ( in tutorial I refered it gave out "shading/shade options/wireframe, or so, but I could not do it)

2.Those free tutorials I'd downloaded from this site don't work at all, only producing sound but video, i don't know whether my computer has problem with files formatted "avi".

3. Would you mind to give me some effective tips to model a head, it really drives me mad ( as i'm not familiar with it, but want to speed it up a bit).

Thank you, thank you very much indeed!!!!!

Thank you for giving me a hand!!!
