reflection problems

I'm not done modeling yet, but I wanted to get my lighting set, so that I would know what areas would be washed out by the overexposed light. Unfortunately, when I render, the floor does not reflect the "glow" from the lights. Any ideas why?

P.S. This is an old pic. THe reflection is now white instead of black outside. And the relfection has been pulled back a bit so the picture isn't so bright.

Glow is a post-process, and as such will not "reflect" well.

It is best to do the glow in a separate pass, and comp in post.

There's no glow, everything is done with lights. I rendered w/ mental ray, using GI and final gathering.

Yep, its visible. i also check "visible in reflections" on the light's renderShape tab. Nothing works.
