3ds Import Plugin for Maya 5

Really would appreciate it, if someone can lead, direct, or find me the "3dsImport.mll" plugin for Maya 5. A file or link would be okay too, cuz theres nothin at the main alias site for this sort of thing.

There is a utility for Maya ($285?) where you can import and export practically any extension into maya you want. However I forget what its called... =( I'll be on the lookout for it though.
