i have one suggestion for david...

why not add .swf compatibility to the avatars??? still backing the size with 20k.. means people with flash abilities can be more creative...

I don't like animated stuff everywhere... besides the annoyance, I have a 56k dialup, and while each one themselves is not that large a file, when you get a ton of them stacking up on each other... it adds up.
