Maya for 3D Printing - Rapid Prototyping
In this course we're going to look at something a little different, creating technically accurate 3D printed parts.

Much progress:

I still need help with the shading networks - Thing is I've got 7 sss materials and I think it'll be a waste to create 7 identical shading groups, light maps and light map shaders.

Can someone please tell me whether it's possible, and if it is how to connect more then one material to a shading group?

Another question I came up with is how to make the balloons cast colorful shadows? I stumbled across this several times now but I can't recall ever actually solving it...

Thanks in advance,
Benny

Final:

Fixed SSS on all balloons, added text, depth of field in Photoshop and some small changes.

Haven't resolved the shadows issue but I'm at the deadline...
Thanks for your help
Benny

Thanks, my friend liked it as well...
I got that packing since I had no idea which one to use... I didn't really like it myself.
Thanks again,
Benny
