Glitch, created by students at French animation school ESMA, tells the story of Benji who’s getting ready for his first date with Lucy. Unfamiliar with these preparations, Benji grows clumsy and doubtful. What could Lucy possibly think of him? That’s when small creatures appear and start tormenting him. They go straight for his rebellious hair, his tummy, his protruding ears, all his flaws seem to have horrible amplified. Meanwhile, Lucy makes her way to Benji’s place. Panic strikes! The creatures have taken over his apartment! Benji attempts to save himself and tries to escape but ends up submerged.
