CLO Virtual fashion has released Marvelous Designer 6.5. A number of new features have been introduced including Bond, which is applied to make a garment thicker, and Skive, which will make it more flimsy. There’s a new 3D Line tool, which lets you draw lines on the 3D garment and cut the 2D patterns accordingly.

It is now also possible to import meshes like badges or decorative trims in OBJ format and Glue them to a garment to affect the draping simulation, as shown in the video below. For the full list of features, visitĀ this page.
