About This Course

Maya ZBrush Integration - Surfing with the Alien v

In this project we take a look at a texturing workflow in ZBrush, Photoshop and Maya. We start off painting in ZBrush, where we generate normal and displacement maps. From here we continue in Photoshop where we make the eye textures and cloth. In the final parts of this tutorial we import the maps into Maya and go over shading with the misss_fast_skin shader. We also create final gather light maps and render displacement with an approximation node in mental ray. If you want to learn to create characters that meet the industry standard, then this is the tutorial for you.
