Morning all,

Another day another question.
Im trying to map the triangles (3d) to the surface/structure in the back ground does this need to be done as a UV textures or is there simpler/better method?

Cheers,

Matt

hi, cheers for helping. Basically im trying to add the texture below to a structure
there 3d triangles i created. Would it be best to just model with them or apply a texture?

Thanks,

yeah - not sure i understand you, but if you're trying to map the triangles to the other structure than you're going to have to use the UV editor. if you're just trying to add the bumpy texture than you can probably just use automatic map them and then assign the same shader.
