Tank Treads, but... better?
 

Hello!

I need a solution. I have a circular shaped object that has tank treads traveling on it from about 1 o clock to about 5 o clock.

I tried using MASH network and attached one track to a curve.. and that works... but my issue is the animation.. I cant animate it smoothly.. it either goes or it doesn't..

I can hide them in the ceiling or floor, thats no problem... How should i re-approach this?
