Problem with Skeleton

I have made a Skeleton with three bones and after, with IK Handle Tool join the two end bones. But I want rotate them supporting the distance between(among) both last bones.

explain what you mean more clearly, the image you attached doesnt go any way to explaining what result you want.

i understand that ur problem its about bone rotate so bone not in the same line u have to use just move transport when ur setup ur bone

um, pole vector constraint?
