Motion Capture

How do I use motion capture in Maya. Does it accept BVH files? Do I need a plugin?

Check out www.highend3d.com , I think that there is either a plugin or Mel script, if its a plugin its for 4.0, but it might be a script, sorry, but I have seen it used b4 but i forgot wich it was, just take a look at those two sections on Highend. THanks,
