since you been running that and never had a single crash im guessing ill have to take your word for it....
now i have another problem i tried downgrading from vista to xp the problem is none of my...

i think i read in a comp mag that vista 64 bit becomes really unstable past 4gig........

ok so the only option is maya 64bit

issues with render times when i render large scenes especially with gi photons the damn thing takes hours i have
2gb ram
nvidia 8800gtx
intel dual core 2.0

without upgrading my hardware is...

was thinking of upgrading to a 64-bit os...so will maya be noticably be quicker or not
