What are your settings ( in your MR render globals ) for your min and max radius in your final gather tab, and also your final gather rays? Increasing those settings will give you a cleaner render. ...

Could you post the specular map for her. There could still be too much specular on the map thats catching so much light. It would be intresting to see the color map aswell.

Awsome to know that your reallly getting the hang of Mental Ray and SSS shaders. She still looks a bit waxy though, and the lighting looks a bit too intense. Are you using Ray traced shadows or D-Map...

Awsome job on the neck area, looks alot better!! Wish you could put a skin shader on her and render her in MR, but I understand the hair problem that goes against that.

If you haven't redone those changes you lost to the neck and hands, I reccomend you re do them again, but it's up to you.
