The grass doesn't look realistic. Too bright and lacks shadowing. And I'm not a big fan of the graffitti. It looks like a sticker.

GI is an approximation of real light that bounces on walls etc. Mostly used for indoor scenes, since you're using HDRI there's really no point using GI. And by looks of your scene using GI would be...
