i would use the sqare marquee tool with a lot of zoom to get it tight around each view then expand the selection by 5 pixels (it wont chage the size of the pic just what is goin to be selected next...

push ctrl+r for rulers - ithink ofr find it in help i cant remem now
just click an drag from the rulers at the top an side to 'draw' those blue guidelines
