I am desperate, I tried to contact the maya people but no answer, my proble is that every time I try to use my extrude polynomial tool Maya shows an error and close the proeegram.

Hello , for some reasons every time I try to use the extrude polynomiol tool it gives me an error , saying "canot save, or somthinmg like that", and Maya shuts down.
