Thanks. I hit ctrl + space and this fixed it. I also realized that show in the display menu may have fixed this.

I was wondering if someone could tell me how to get to the regular buttons panels. I was messing around with the Maya Learning Edition and somehow screwed it up. I can't see the timeline or find it...
