yeah, im having the same problem too, i tried pressing 6 but all i see is a white square with no picture on it

how do i check my video drivers? sorry, but i'm new to this stuff.

i have the personal learning edition of maya and everytime I click on hypershade the program freezes and i have to close it. i've tried it like ten times and it does it everytime. please help.
