do you plan on doing any rigging to get it out of this pose and into a ninja type pose? if you're not going to texture I would at least suggest this.

did such a good job adding the second set of arms you should try for 4 more arms!!!! just kidding

I think the darkness looks pretty good for the type of ninja it is.

I'm glad you decided to do the 4 arms, personally I really like the way it looks, if I saw that with a weapon in each hand flying around I'd definitely need a new pair of underwear to put on. :beer:

I know you're scratching the idea of 4 arms, and it would be hard. But I think you should still give it a shot. For ideas, look at Goro from Mortal Kombat. It's the first 4 armed thing I could think...

I'm lovin the progress to this model a lot. I was looking around for noses on google images and I typed in demon nose and I came across this image. Maybe you could give your guy a nose something like...
