paint effects problem

hi all..

i've got a problem because after drawing many beautiful flowers..
and so on.. i put an object in front of it and test rendered it

suddenly user added image the paint effekt flowers were rendered on
top of transparent objects or particle effekts

this happend on many scenes but not always why ?

is there a way to solve it in maya without rendering in layers...
