Good enough for me. My only critique is on the shadows; Maybe the could be a tad lighter and softer. Otherwise well done.

I tweaked a bit the contrast and vbrightness and the image is already updated (it is linked to my Maya page)

The shadows are brighter and I think now it is more balanced.

Whats going on in the bottom left corner? It looks like the platform has turned blue and there are weeds growing in it, yes the yellow line carries on. Im guessing its the photo background showing through.

Only thing I have to say other than what has been pointed out is that your back ground image seems too bright for how your foreground 3d scene is lit.

lol, well it's simple. get the background image, load it in photoshop and change the colour levels to make it look a little darker.
