Guessing 230. OH YEAH!!!!

Did 210 last week at a friends house. did it kind of easily.

Highest ive been recorded at was 220, or 225, cant recall. Back in my senior year of high school(2 year ago... ish)

Free weight was the 220-225

210 on a machine at a friends house last week(it was the maximim weight).

Free weights are harder because instead of just lifting the weight. You also have to stabalize the weight.

...also had to do with the leverage and stuff... and the range of motion is small on machines...user added image

i can bench 125 free but im not in HS yet...
had to do it for football team workouts... to be a lineman you had to be able to do at least that much if you weighed less then 120
thats in JV
stupid fat kids had to do

i can do 220 leg bench if yer interested...

i can bench 80kg on machine that is some 178 pounds whats interesting is that i can top the legs machine managing to push 250Kg, more or less 553 pounds (!)

technique, reflexes and speed is more interesting anyways

Are you talking bench the amount one time or the typical 3 sets of 10-12?

im not allowed to bench over my weight. and i use a free weight bench and a bench that has a lot of resistance(?)

Dragon- 550+ is a pretty good leg press. Machine i use only goes up to 650 and ive maxed it. I could only do it a few times though.

And the 200+ benches ive done were single or double presses. Highest i can do a whole set on is about 190-200.
