Question about Tutorial Downloading

When I try to download the free tutorials it says that my cookie cannot be found. how might i aid your site in finding my cookie?

Check the Fridge. user added image

Go into your browser preferences and "allow cookies." If you're using a firewall like zone alarm, you'll have to set it to allow cookies as well.
