far cry

fps! great to disconnect for half an hour and liberate stress using 0% brain...

Plus you get to know alternative lifestyles, for example:
this is smiley, he just lives on that termonuclear pool/whatever dressed in optical camouflage ready to pop up and give you a big welcome hugh... say hi to smiley!

Far Cry is pretty cool. I agree, the last level sucks.

One trick I like to use. Toward the end, there's a room chock full of ammo, armor, and other goodies, but once you go past a certain door, that door is locked and you can't go back.

Drag a couple chairs over and put them in the door's path. user added image

I just downloaded the demo, I'm lovin' it. My one problem: I have a quadro video card, which is great for DCC but not exactly optimized for gaming... so I have to turn down a lot of the settings for indoor levels with bump-mapping user added image

i loved far cry. I just hope the company makes enough money to make a second game, since they were caught using illegal software.

the whole concept of end of phase boss doesnt fits this game... and if they where absolutely neccesary they sould just have been fiendishly smart instead of dumb but tough as if made of steel...
if im getting really pissed by the ones on intermedium levels and the brutes with rocket launchers on the arms that stand 4 sniping shots on the head(and are otherwise more or less indestructible...) i just dont wanna know what the heck have they done with the last boss...

how was that song? "if your gonna be stupid your gotta be tough"?
