Maya 2020 fundamentals - modelling the real world
Get halfway through a model and find it's an unworkable mess? Can't add edge loops where you need them? Can't subdivide a mesh properly? If any of this sounds familiar check this course out.

"View new posts" behaviour

The "View new posts" behaves a bit strange. If you click the link the search begins and works correctly. But, if you don't actually read any of the threads and close the browser and later come back, the system thinks that I've read already the threads in question...

hmm...i'm not sure if i understand that myself either. it's friday and that means user added image

yes it has the settings so if you visit the board with new posts available but dont read them they will appear as "read" the next time you visit...but if you look at the post carefully you will see that the envelope is not yellow, but still closed, indicating you have not been there.

so its kinda up to the person to look out for the unread posts

hope this helps kbrown

Hmm... I'd never actually seen that "View New Posts" link. Very useful. Maybe it needs putting in a more prominent position ?

'95 Toyota MR2 GT Turbo. About 260bhp, and 245 lb/ft torque. You could say that I am excited, but that would be the understatement of the year !
