update: worked more on the lips and nose. Modified jawbone contour and also started on the eyes.

like the snake head stedo!!! looking pretty menacing already!!

those reference pictures sure are freaky!!!

The human head part, maybe a little narrow, it may of course be the perspective?

Started to merge snakes with the head, think that will solve the looking too narrow problem you are pointing out. :bandit:
The snakes going out at the sides will be bent and positioned in some cool way. Now they just point straight out though.
