How create a custom shelf

hi,
i have some problem with creating a custom shelf. I'm only able to drag things like rotate tool and move tool, i can't drag things like slit poly tools or create a cube and how i can delete things that i drag in? user added image

Ctrl + shift and click on a command menu to add it to the shelf.

Just middle mouse drag the icon to the top right hand corner Bin icon to remove

Open maya and hit F1. It's all in the help files.

Click and hold your mouse button down over the small black triangle at the start of the shelf. Select NEW SHELF from the drop down menu.

As NitroLiq pointed out though, this is all stuff that is in the help files that comes with Maya.. Search through them before posting, it will save you a lot of time waiting for an answer.
