High Resolution Tutorial - Very large screen shots.

https://www.simplymaya.com/movie_page...tml?tut_id=105

Decided to release a high resolution version of the tree frog tutorial. The high resolution texturing will also be made available.

Screen shots from the video.

It's also at twice the normal frame rate we use. This format will never replace the DiVX versions we use. There will be some special edition hi res re-releases of some old favourites if this works out well.

Nice!

Since the price is the same, will I be able to download the hi-res video's if I've bought the lo-res already?

I'm not sure. I have lots of re-mastered DVD's. I own the old DVD for but I still had to pay for the re-mastered one when it eventually came out.

I'm thinking about what to do with people that have already downloaded the low res ones. Implementation would be a pain in the ass. Not everything will be available in hi resolution.

Let me know what you think would be fair and why and I'll consider any idea. I'm just not sure ATM.

David.

I think it would be unfair to charge the full price to people who have already Downloaded the tut Maybe some kind of discount?
