Introduction to Maya - Modeling Fundamentals Vol 2
This course will look in the fundamentals of modeling in Maya with an emphasis on creating good topology. It's aimed at people that have some modeling experience in Maya but are having trouble with complex objects.

I would like to see a render. It would give me a better impression of the armor on the body. Wireframes only do so much, and when you have so much detail going on, it gets hard to see the actual work.

mtmckinley : I'm glad you like it.

THX1138: I'm sorry for those wireframe pics, I'd thought was difficult aswell, but I was lazy to make a render
Anyway here it is.
I made a smooth and apllied some pre-made shader that I had from another projects.

And I separated the color to make more ease to understand the accessories and all the diferents parts in the model.(this is not her final color)

small detail in her armor, I pretend to make on the texture, like some screw, sticker or bar code or some number, anything to make it more machine looking.

To be honest I'm not good with texture as you can see.
Even more uv mapping.
For that reason I'd choosed to make a normal map character so I can have less job in making detail in the texture.

My first impression is that the wolf armor legs look a bit aquward hanging around the girl's upper legs. I reccomend more form fitting around that area. But if thats the intent of your design, then I have no problems. Awsome job!:attn:

I'm also curious to know if the head armor is complete?

swankymonkey,jramauri,mc-fleury,THX1138,
Thanks everyone.

I will post a snap shot with the mettalic blue texture.
THX1138, I know what you mean, but I will leave as this because I don`t have so much time left IF I get some time at the end I will think in another way to fit it.
And the helmet is pretty much done, I just need to connect all of it (but will be in the low res model, if I decided to make a full set armored character, I was thinking in make seperated, all the armor in the animal form.)

so here it is the final peace, the eagle.

another view

wierd legs I know.
but everything with I think it is not important now I will leave for the end, those models is just to make the normal maps , I could scale it when is applied in low res model.

And now how will fit in the back of the armor.

Until the head of next week I will try to make some normal map, the main character I can use the first model I`d posted as base, and the rest I will manage some way to make it faster.

once normal map is donne, I will try to use the normal map image, making in the gray scale and paint it over in another layer.
So IF I`m right I will not need to paint the details on the texture.
