as it regards the reflex in the knife I have an idea on as to do,
but now my problem is to model the head of the Indian.

For the head of the indian, just take a picture of it, and use it on a displacement map.

I think it needs some more cuts in the geometry to smooth the edges. Looking good though and if you do a displacement of the head then it'd be great to show us how you do it (having never done one yet) user added image
