Crit My Work!

Hi guys, i'm new to Maya, have been using Max for the last couple of years. I've done my own 10sec animation for myself and was looking for any tips, crit etc.. on timing, weight, expression, lip sync anything that will help me improve it, I would be very grateful, thanks......Jim

Great animation, I love it.
Only problem I saw was a wrinkle on the guys stomach when he bends forward. No big deal or maybe its supposed to be there, I dont know.
